LOCHAR RED GAUNTLET2010 Denzle came to us in May 2010 and as Georginas first "canter on the go round" pony we did the most sensible thing of putting her straight into the RIHS hunter pony classes. He is no novice with a top class history of HOYS and RI qualification and placing under his belt already! Within two weeks she was in her first Pretty Polly class, qualifying for the Royal International at 2b.  The week after she did a very speedy but safe go round in the "open" RIHS show hunter. A little user error that time but still a respectable 5th. A 4th at Rutland in the RIHS Open Hunter and a 5th in the RIHS Open Show pony has meant they have got off to a flying start. Denzle is a sweet pony with a big character to match his huge paces. "Pocket Rocket" (as we know call him) is very enthusiastic about his work and likes to try and fit it all in as quickly as possible!! He is charming and safe, a childs pony who loves his little riders and has become Georginas favorite galloping pony.  We are now looking forward to a summer of getting to know denzle during fun hacks out and a winter of hunting.
